yes it does sound a bit like thrush you can get over the counter creams and tablets if you don't want to see the doctor see your nurse they can help and its nothing to do with eating it to do with warm cloths down there just wash well twice a day and don't be worried we all get it from time to time talk to your mum if you can good luck xoxoxoxo
