Free or discounted Pathological & other medical tests in Pune, India?

Presently we are unable to bear medical expenses due to poor financial condition. My wife has to undergo certain Pathological tests & x-ray as advised by the doctor. Please let me know any charitable trust, laboratory or hospital who will help us and do the tests as advised by our doctor. Thanks a lot.
