Specific symptoms in my 11mo. old?

my 11 month old tremors in the mornings when we wake him up. they last a few minutes. he normally eats first thing when he wakes up, still taking a bottle tho. we thought it might be from his blood sugar, when we checked it randomly (not fasting) it was 150. so anyone know anything about what could be going on here? btw, we have had extensive bloodwork done and are waiting for the lab results. im just anxious and curious as to what it is going to come back with.
