What's wrong with my kids?? help pls?

I need help I have a 3 yr old daughter who's possibly autistic just started saying momma last month in speech, occupational, and physical therapy ( her right leg turns in at the knee) And i have a 19mon old with moderate hearing loss, used to say dadda at 6months but stopped saying it. he just started twitching last week. (ive been twitching for 4 yrs and dont kno y) he just got into 12mon clothes :( I had a baby that was stillborn at 21wks due to anencephaly (absense of main part of brain) can anyone help me? sorry so long.
