Did I have a frigging seizure!!?

Ok well last night, no clue what time it was but it was late... I woke up and I was shaking uncontrollably and I couldn't get up, while all this was happening my mind was like it was being overloaded with just thousands of random short thoughts. It wasn't a dream because it finally stoped after about 5 minutes and I got up and went to the bathroom. It just scared the sh** outta me when I was shaking and couldn't move. I was not cold and it was like an other worldly experience, Ive never had so many thoughts go through my brain at once it's kinda creepy
