I'm actually scared to go back to my hairdresser?

I haven't gotten my hair done since august. I've been washing it and flat ironing it at home. I'm black and Its time for me to get a relaxer. The lady who does my hair is so rude. She talks about people, she always talks about my hair breakage. I have to wait almost an hour sometimes. I don't want to go there but she's the only one who will do my type of relaxer. What can I do?
