In general how long does it take to get dentures, from start to finish. very strict time with work.?

It depends on what option you take. You could have what they call immediate dentures made, those are placed the same day that all remaining are removed. They usually don't fit the best but it gives you teeth right away. They are also adjusted and relined with your dentist a couple of days after all the teeth are removed so that helps with the fit. Or you can have all remaining teeth removed and go without teeth for a little while and then have permanent dentures made a few months later. Have a consult with your general dentist and they should be able to give you a better time frame.
