Any parents with later crawling babies? (10 mo. +)?

My child has not scooted and hates to be on her tummy. She is still very wobbly at sitting up too. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried physical therapy? do they have crawl walkers? seen some on the net , expensive $300+. There is also this sitting square someone invented, $30.
