Why did my bearded dragon get mad?

we just got another bearded dragon today and we put it in the aquarium with our other one (shags). Shags puffed out her bearded and started to slowly bob her body up and down. also, before that Shags puffed out her beard and flattened her tummy way out. Why did shags do that and what should we do? please help
