Wife drove about a mile with parking brake dragging?

Yes, even with the red light on in the dash, she drove almost a mile with the parking brake on just enough to smell them at a stop light. It's a Honda Accord with rear discs. I have a feeling we're in for rotors, pads and calipers. This is the second time. Last time it was rotors and pads. It's not leaking brake fluid, but how much more abuse will they take? Any takers? Do the whole thing, or just rotors, pads and INSPECT the calipers rather than just go ahead and replace with out inspection?
