Would this kill my tulip plant?

i had a little bee trap outside and in it was water and a tiny bit of dish soap. it was outside for at least 2 days, and well my son thought he would be nice and help water my plant and now there is a little bit of dish soap in it. this happened about 4 days ago. and i took the top soil off and it doesn't sud up anymore when i water it. do you think my plant will be fine or die soon? it is kinda drooping not horrible but it all isn't standing up straight up anymore
